🚚 LVLUP Shipping Policy

At Project LVLUP, we aim to get your order out as soon as possible — but we ask for up to 5 business days to process and ship your items. This gives us time to ensure your gear is packed, prepped, and perfect.

Standard Orders:

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days

  • Please allow up to 5 business days during peak seasons, drops, or high volume events

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email

Pre-Orders & Custom Gear:

If you’ve purchased a pre-order or an item made-to-order (such as printed or embroidered apparel), we will ship your order as soon as the product arrives and is completed. Estimated timelines will be shared on the product page or via email updates.
